Measure M Construction Update:
Student Services Project: Building plans have been approved by DSA. The bid packages are out for bid later this month. After Board approval in June we expect to start new construction by early July.
Criminal Justice Project: Building plans will go into DSA for review and approval on 5/19. We anticipate some early utility work and demo of the Community Center this Fall semester, pending DSA approvals.
Math/Science Project: Building plans will go into DSA for review and approval on 5/17. We anticipate demo of the Auto Body, Graphics Bldg. and the old Child Care facility starting middle to late summer, pending DSA approvals.
Security Project: Plans have been approved by DSA. The bid documents are being prepared for bid. Start of construction is anticipated for this summer.
Theatre Project: The theatre will be closed for June and July for replacement of seats and carpet.
