HVAC project Rec and tech buildings
Scheduled to have Pipe Fitters onsite at 6:00 a.m. Monday – Friday.
Planned activities:
Monday – shut down chilled water to entire Tech Building. Verify that isolation valves are working correctly. Install additional isolation valves if needed. Turn chilled water back on for Skin Care classes.
Tuesday – Tech Building – disconnect fan coils, several days to remove 8 fan coils.
Continue installing hangers and pipe on the Tech Building including classroom penetrations. When Tech Building is completed will move to the Rec Building.
Interior Lighting Project:
Week of 13 June
1st shift finishing Rec Ed.
2nd Shift finishing Auto Technology and then 1st floor Humanities
ADA Site visit:
Please be advised we have Accessibility Specialists on campus possibly for the next two weeks (June 9, 3016 – June 25, 2016) reviewing various areas of campus for ADA compliance. They will be on campus at various times Monday through Saturday both weeks.
They have been issued keys, a parking permit and a campus map.
