Measure M Construction Update:
Student Services Project: Building plans have been approved by DSA. The project bid earlier this week. After Board approval in June we expect to start new building construction by early July.
Criminal Justice Project: Building plans went to DSA for review and approval on 5/19. We anticipate some early utility work and demo of the Community Center this Fall semester, pending DSA approvals.
Math/Science Project: Building plans went to DSA for review and approval on 5/17. We anticipate demo of the Auto Body, Graphics Bldg. and the old Child Care facility starting middle to late summer, pending DSA approvals.
Security Project: Plans have been approved by DSA. This project will bid on 6/23. Construction is scheduled to start in August ending in December.
Theatre Project: The theatre will be closed for June and July for replacement of seats and carpet.
