Public Safety/Community Education/Main Entry Project: Steel work ongoing at the building site. Periodic road closures may occur due to deliveries. Pedestrians and Drivers need to follow closure signs and be cautious as they travel around the construction site. Main entry and exit lanes will be closed on Thursday 10/22 from 6am – Noon for a concrete pour at the public sidewalk and handicap ramps at the main entrance.
Campus Fiber Cabling/ New MDF Room Project: Room has been turned over to the IT department. Minor punchlist items remain to be completed.
Student Services Project: Trenching activities to continue south of Cosmetology in preparation for new mechanical piping for the new Student Services project. Pedestrians need to follow closure signs and flagmen when construction traffic begins around that area. This trenching and piping work will continue through the end of November.
Signage Project: Concrete formwork at the Gothard/Center sign location. Waiting on confirmation from CVS for the work at McFadden/Goldenwest to start. Waiting on DSA approval for Edinger/Goldenwest and parking lot entry sign work to start.
