Public Safety/Community Education/Main Entry Project: Masonry work is ongoing at the Building site with concrete trucks coming and going for grouting. The drive aisles west of the new building, Industrial Design, ATM and Graphics will be closed for two weeks starting on Monday, 8/3 for the installation of a new sewer line. The fencing at the Main Entry site will remain at the current location with the road closed in front of the LRC. The only fencing change at the Main Entry site is that the fencing will extend out into Goldenwest St. at the entrance. This has been approved at the City and the east lane will be closed with traffic control measures starting Monday, 8/3 morning. Noise level is expected to be moderate onsite.
Campus Fiber Cabling Project: Contractors will be throughout the campus accessing building IT/Phone rooms and manholes. Equipment will be onsite to repair some of the damaged asphalt at recently trenched areas. Access will be limited during this work. Pedestrians need to be cautious of traffic around the fencing as concrete trucks, dump trucks, asphalt deliveries will be taking place periodically near these areas.
- Filed Turf will be onsite tomorrow to finish the football field itself. Byrom Davey will be here Monday to review irrigation work that is still pending.
- PE Locker room HVAC project, roof work started today, will continue on Monday
- Fine Arts roof top unit replacement scheduled for Aug 7th with shut down and disconnect on Aug 6th
- Admin roof top unit replacement scheduled for Aug 12th with shut down and disconnect on Aug 11th
- Electric Vehicle Charging station work complete as of today July 31st
