DisneyApproach to Quality Service Training

Excellent service is the result of truly understanding your customers and learning ways to exceed their expectations. With more than 90 years of world-renowned customer service, no one understands this better than Disney. This training will teach us how to adapt time-tested Disney strategies for providing exceptional service in our interactions with students and each other.

Attendance IS mandatory for all full-time classified and managers. This is a full-day training. Please contact your direct supervisor if you are unable to attend the entire day.
