ASGWC Weekly Yoga

The ASGWC Activities Committee invites you to participate in our new spring weekly yoga series!  Join us at 1:30pm in the Quad for a free 30-minute yoga session every Thursday from April 12th – May 17th.  This gentle yoga course is appropriate for all levels, including those who have no prior yoga experience.  A limited amount of yoga mats will be available at each session, but feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one!  All sessions will be taught by a licensed yoga instructor from Rise Yoga HB, and are open to all GWC students, faculty, staff, and managers.  Namaste!
